PDP WORKSHOP

To inculcate leadership qualities and to enhance the effectiveness of work execution for IIPM and Planman Employees, IIPM Pune embarked upon a series of workshops under the banner of PDP (Professional Development Program). The first of the workshop was taken by Prof Jayanta Chakraborti on 21st June that used the tools given by Stephen Covey to demonstrate the quality of planning that we can ingrain in our everyday work-life. The workshop was a fun filled interactive affair that ensured superb bonding as well as quality learning for the participants.
