IIPM Bangalore - Ice Breaker

PROLOGUE - Ice Breaker

Batch: SS 08-10

This was the first event which organized to welcome the batch SS 08-10 into IIPM by their seniors. The event is organized and managed solely by the seniors. The energy level at this Ice Breaker was like never seen before. The night kicked off by the Emcee‘s warming up the audience. The theme was ‘Wild Wild West’ . The students were asked to follow the dress code , checks shirt and blue denim . Based on the theme the first interactive game ‘lasso’ brought about more energy . This was followed by emcee ‘s briefly talking about the past events organize by Club Alchemy – the success of previous Amaze organized by IIPM-Bangalore were highlighted. A small video of the same gave students a better picture. Later Dean Academic , Bangalore Prof. Vikram Tanwar and Prof. Bhairav Shant  addressed the students .Each section was asked to introduce their class in the most creative way. Games like King Solomon’s Mine and Pizza eating competition kept the event going with lot of enthusiasm .And as always followed and party went on till the ice was finally broken.

An exclusive event at only at IIPM Bangalore, a party for the fresh batch on campus funded and organized by the seniors to welcome them and break the ice between them, their seniors and faculties. It is also done with an objective to orient them towards the life outside the classroom, an initiation into cultural activities, sports, and other co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that happen at IIPM Bangalore. The theme of the event was “70’s RETRO” and the seniors had created a wonderful ambience with old posters, disco lights, etc. The event featured many games like an impromto dance competition, a class introduction, pizza eating competition and a power packed quiz. Food and music followed and party went on till the ice was finally broken.
