Poster Making Competition
Batch: SS 2008-10

As part of the events that marked the World Environment Day, IIPM International, Bangalore organized 'Melting Ice—The Impact of Climate Change'- an event that showcased how the young generation of today can set right the mistakes of an earlier generation. It featured a poster making competition; they had organized themselves into teams who developed posters on the World Environment Day theme this year - 'Kicking the Carbon Habit'. The students of Section B of the Spring Summer 2008-10 batch won for their hard hitting depiction of a silent earth enduring pollution with the powerful tagline—'Do you have the guts to kill your mother?' Environmental action is one of the imperatives of our times and this event served as a catalyst to spring young minds and future managers of tomorrow into action.
