We at IIPM believe that all work and no play make’s an IIPMite a dull affair. So keeping this in our minds we decided to have another fun filled event in the calendar of IIPM Chennai. Yes, this time it was BIG FM the rocking and effervescent radio channel in campus in search of Mr. & Ms. Fresher amongst the students of IIPM.

In this awesome event, RJ’s of BIG FM conducted events like Dragon on the Dance Floor, Talent Tabloid, Link with the LINC pen, etc. to identify the best and the most exciting talents on campus. As usual students of IIPM, Chennai showed the highest level of participation which got them roaring applause from the event organizers and coordinators.

In the end, Mr. Karan of the Batch PGP/SS/09-11 and Ms. Mira of the Batch UGP/08-11 were selected for the grand finale. The final for Chennai chapter was also conducted at IIPM, Chennai on 17th of September. A total of 30 students from 15 different colleges came to IIPM, Chennai with their respective cheer groups. BIG FM’s famous RJ Mr. Blade Deena was the chief guest for the function. Mr. Karan from IIPM, Chennai and Ms. Kavitha from Alfa College of arts were selected by the panel of RJ’s to represent the state of TamilNadu in the grand finale which is expected to happen in the last week of October.

Kudos to both Karan and Mira for their outstanding performance!!
