Fresher’s Day Out
Ooh… aah...let the music play…wooed the juvenile minds of IIPM on September (6th) evening at Platinum (Hotel Aruna Quality Inn) whopping the dance floor with thumps, roars, taps, and dance. ‘DIL MAANGE MORE’ was the rhapsody of the evening, which created a fire in the Moonwalk Fresher’s party as the dance floor was thronging and was getting packed with people whether it is “Mahiya” or “Waiting for tonight” for that matter. Glitz and glamour was the episode of Moonwalk where the Gurlz paraded their cocktail wear with inexplicable accessories and the Guyz fragranted the dance floor with the spiky look and a ‘cool’ attitude which was the talk of the town. Moonwalk is one night where Fresher’s talent is documented by IIPM, and is the most awaited day, as grooming is at its peak.
September night was indeed a gala affair for the Fall/Winter batch 07 –09’ and UGP 07-10 as the Daisies were too busy impressing the jury with their little moves and stunts whereas our superheroes preferred being rather cool, hippy and stylish though, had won several hearts which entitled a pedalistic view from the crowd when the Best Gentleman, and the Best Lady were crowned. The eyes of the beholders could not hurl their brows down when the Best Dancing Couple and Mr. and Ms. Fresher were honored that evening. It paid off the Daisies and Superheroes very well, who had spent hours in front of the mirror tiptoeing flamboyantly as it was one night where the caliber was envisaged and will ever be cherished. |
