The Marketing Club of IIPM Mumbai organized a guest lecture on Customer Loyalty Program and the importance and effectiveness of the same. The session was conducted by Mr. Tankeriwala who is the Head Customer Care Consultant for Sodex Pass. The lecture was a key learning experience for all students.
