The Aurobindo Chaudhuri Memorial Debate Competition had been organized for the batch of PGP (07-09)/ SS to select the top best candidates for the GOTA trip to Australia.
The debate had the best of the batch competing with each other to win be in the top 5 list.
The debate was judged by Prof. Shubho Shekhar Bhattacharya and Dr. Samantak Das. |

Venue: IIPM, Mumbai
The Indian Institute of Planning and Management organized the Aurobindo Memorial Debate Competition on 16th January 2007. An enthusiastic bunch of students presented their views on the topic "Australians are color blind". While a lot of them were against the existing racism in Australia a few of the students held the stand that we cannot really point fingers at anybody since in a way we all behave racist and racism is existent all across the world. The first three winners won Rs. 5000, Rs.3000 and Rs.2000 respectively. The top 5 best winners will also get the unique opportunity to be a part of the All India team that is going for the GOTA Tour to Australia.
