KBS - 2007 International Research Conference

The KBS – 2007 International Research Conference “Services Management: Issues and Challenges” hosted by Kohinoor Business School, was an iota of opportunity for the budding up management graduates from all around India. The conference which was held on the 3rd of February 2007 acted as a platform for researchers from management institutions around the world. The final presentations were held in the scenic locales of the KBS Khandala Campus.

The conference started at around 9am with a keynote speech by the Vice Chancellor of Goa University and Dr B.P.Verma – The Director of KBS. The organizers received more than 100 papers from which 4 papers were from international colleges. For the final presentation during the conference, around 27 teams were selected amongst professionals, management students, faculties and students pursuing a doctorate, of which IIPM, Mumbai’s Vishal Salunke had been selected to present his paper. The topics for presentation were spread out amongst various services management issues ranging from Information Technology, Education, Telecommunications, Insurance, Public Services, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate and Tourism.
