Food Castle 2006
Date: 28th June 2006
Venue: IIPM, Mumbai
On Wednesday 28th June 2006 in our IIPM, Mumbai campus was filled with different flavors... A mix of chat masala-chicken tikka biryani-fruity cakes. The CULT and E^2 Clubs jointly organized this event to explore the entrepreneurs of future. Very successfully this event highlighted various aspects of business as students grabbed opportunities to pick up a food stall and market the same before the event. The stall owners met up and strategically planned their food items so as to ensure that all make profits. IIPM, Mumbai gathered to taste the pani puri and other chat item prepared by a bunch of senior students… well as the lunch time approached the biryani was served….and to complete this delicious meal a series of pastries was displaced and everyone had their choice available.
Students also put their theoretical knowledge in practice by getting feedback forms filled from their customers to analyze customer service, quality of food and so on in order to customize next time.
