Outbound Management Training Programme

Recall club- the adventure club of IIPM organized a adventure cum Outbound Management Training programme for the students of IIPM Gurgaon wherein a group of 35-40 students were taken to Mcleodganj, Dharamsala. Two faculties accompanied the students for the trip .The main objective of the trip was to make students have fun and at the same time enhance their managerial skills. In Dharamshala the students were taken for activities like trekking, sightseeing etc. They had a wonderful time exploring the naturally beautiful place. The students were also made to play some management games which helped them in understanding managerial processes like team building, team work, trust with in the team. They played “Mind field” a managerial game which was aimed at building trust among the team members. They also played “Egg Shell” a game aimed at applying brains creatively and thus solving complicated problems efficiently and effectively. This adventurous trip and training programme was thoroughly enjoyed by the students and left the students yearning for more such trips. Students would be given certificates for attending this management training programme.
