Walk the Talk - Book Reading Session at IIPM Delhi

This was the learning from the book reading session which was organized at IIPM, New Delhi campus in association with the STAGE CLUB on 26th July 2011. Nearly 30 Enthusiast from different sections participated for this session on the book “THE SECRET” by Rhonda Byrne. This book talks about a secret. The biggest secret to good life, where we all are looking for wealth, good health, strong relationships and a beautiful world around us. All the participants in the session agree to the fact that whatever happens in our lives is the reaction of our thoughts. Positive thinking brings positive results, and the very thought of how you feel today can make your day good or bad.The participants also shared their views on how this book and the idea of positive thinking can be a major strength for today’s managers. Vineet Rohit from section SC3 Spring summer batch was awarded first prize for his valuable inputs to this session. Shobhit Sharma and Heena Rastogi from the same section were 1st and 2nd runners-up for the book readings session. The best - summary award went to Piyush Jethalya from WA1. Nataliya Saxena from the same section was adjudged the second runners up for the best summary. The event was judged by Mr. Kamal Nandi – Vice President, Sales & Marketing Godrej.
