IIPM, Mumbai ended the year with a big bash with the annual inter collegiate event Amaze 05 on the 23rd and 24th of December. Though Mumbaikars have experienced various ups and downs in the past months their spirits remain to stay high. And Amaze 05- “Mumbai Meri Jaan” was a tribute to this spirit of Mumbaikars.

To highlight the theme of Amaze 05 every element of the festival had a touch of Mumbai. The visitors to Amaze were astounded to see a splendidly created life size replica of the Gateway of India constructed at the entrance to IIPM, Mumbai campus. The organizers were dressed like taporis and each participating college had a representative from the organizer’s side called Bhidu (i.e. Buddy) to assist the teams at all times.

The entire campus was lit with lights, posters, sponsor banners and other decorations. A huge drop down covered the IIPM Tower highlighting the festival and sponsors. Music and fun games kept every individual on campus on their toes. 18 colleges participated at this mega fest and no participant left the campus empty handed.
