IIPM Placements have been a towering experience for 11-12 Batch, as usual BFSI sector being the largest contributor to the service sector of the economy was the impatient sector to hire students and gear up growth, followed by IT/ITES where the market sentiment has been conservative due to international markets being conservative of growth but with the elections up this year in almost 12 prominent countries of the world, with governments spending on a high, this sector also has seen a surge in hiring. Real estate and infrastructure development companies were a new entrant at Campus and this shows a trend of this prominent sector being organised.

This year was a landmark year for hiring with 1100 companies visiting campus more than 3300 students getting placed with 75 International Placements and the reason why IIPM was a preferred campus was again due to the absolutely rigorous and innovative pedagogy that we use of a mix of theory and Case study applications which gives our students the ability to make real life business decisions which create value for organisations.

IIPM’s campus placement program for the batch 2010-12 set new milestones as more students realized their career dreams. A variety of profiles ranging from management trainee to corporate executive were offered by some of the biggest names in the corporate sector.

• The visiting companies were from wide spread industries with names like Vodafone, BPTP, Apollo Munich, British Airways, Whirpool, Coca Cola, American Express, Hindware, Future Capital, Goodrich Capital, Fashion and You , Da Milano ,Honda , UB Group, future Group, Ernst & Young, IBM Daksh, Café Coffee Day, Forever New, Star Plus, The Leela, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, Vishal Mega Mart, Pantaloons, Coca Cola, Tata Capital, The Oberoi Group, Bisleri, Accenture, Wipro, Next, Dainik Bhaskar,, Parle, Fortis Health Care,, Airtel, BMW, Puma, Tata Sky, Redington, Deutsche Bank , Facebook, Aircel, Colgate Palmolive, Vodafone, UTV India , Fab India, Zee Business, LG Elevtronics, Just Dial, Genpact,, Taj Group , Pepsi-Co , News X , Nestle , IBM and many more.

• The conversion rates reflected the acumen of IIPM students as they bagged the positions of Territory Managers, Relationship Managers, Private Wealth Managers, and Management Trainees, And even Chief Marketing Officer for the Executive MBA batch.
