Rhetorix (The Communication Club)

Rhetorix is the Debate & Communication Club at IIPM, The Indian Institute of Planning & Management. The club organizes Guest Lectures, Debates and other communication exercises for students. The club believes in "Building Orators" through a series of events and exercises. Among all the events organized by the Rhetorix Club, the most notable event being the annual Aurobindo Chaudhuri Memorial Debate Competition.

IIPM Chandigarh students go on an adventure trip!

IIPM Chandigarh organized an adventure trip to Dalhousie, Khajjiar and Mcleodganj (Himachal Pradesh). The activities involved rock climbing, rappelling, valley crossing, Burma Bridge and trekking in the forest. This was followed by a bonfire, DJ night party and dinner. Students also played games in which they learned a lot about leadership and team work, followed by horse ridding and trekking in Dhainkund forest. On the last day of the trip, students went to the Dalai Lama temple and monastery, Dal Lake and also shopping at the mall road. Paragliding at Indrunag was the most thrilling experience and proved to be a fitting finale to an exciting adventure trip.
