Guest Lecture on Is baning a good career by Mr Vineet Mehra

An interesting and informative session providing an “Overview of the Banking sector and addressing ‘Is Banking a Good Career?’ was organized on 14th April'2011 at IIPM-Dehradun. Miss. Saumya Shankhdhar introduced the speaker, Mr.Vineet Mehra. The speaker has nearly 20 years’ experience in Banking and has worked in diverse roles including posts such as Forex Dealer, Treasury Manager, Branch Manager in all areas of banking in different capacities at various centres. He has got extensive exposure to Retail Banking and Corporate Banking. He has done IT implementation in all areas and has been actively involved in development of IT based Banking products. His interactive session covered a broad overview of the banking sector and the different career paths available in the sector today. Miss. Saumya Shankhdhar Mentoring manager delivered the vote of thanks and Mr Vivek Chaturvedi(Dean-IIPM) handed over the memento to the guest.
