He is an alumni of IIPM Hyderabad and has delivered numerous Motivational Sessions throughout India. Guest Lecture on Graphology - Its importance for HR professionals

IIPM Mumbai had organised a guest lecture session on Graphology – its importance for HR professionals for the first year students PGP/11-13/SS. Students had the privilege to interact with the proficient personality from the corporate word and a famous graphologist and NLP trainer Mr. Vinit Bansode. He gave emphasis on Handwriting is brain writing . . . Graphology is the science of understanding the human mind through person's handwriting. When a person writes, the signal in the form of letters get decoded / printed on the paper by the fingers. Graphology aims at understanding & interpreting these signals through the writing. Using this we can know a persons mind so the thoughts, character and behaviour. He explained how handwriting of the candidates is analysed before they are hired by the companies for particular job profiles.Students were amazed by the facts disclosed by him regarding different signature styles. Overall it was an inspiring and an exciting session. Students enjoyed a lot.
