4Ps (The Marketing Club)

The 4Ps Club believes in serious academic pursuits in the areas of marketing. It primarily exists to enrich and complement the class room educational experiences, wherein the overarching objective is enhancement and upgradation of marketing fundamentals. The various initiatives taken under the club helps students to understand the topics and issues relevant to the marketing field. The new mantra of 4Ps Club's is Power, Passion, Perspective and Persuasion.

Gust Lecture on CUSTOMER VALUE WITH CRM By Mr. Tarapada Sahoo, Head Customer Care, Uninor Odisha at IIPM Bhubaneshwar

Club events have always been the highlight at IIPM and these events not only create a happening but also create a sense of competitive spirit among the students which later help the same during placements and also in corporate. On 26th November 2011 4Ps Club had conducted a session on Customer Relationship management by Mr. Tarapada Sahoo, Head customer care Uninor, Odisha. Mr. Sahoo started the session by telling his corporate journey to the students. It was more of a interactive session where the involvement was from both sides. He told about how much a customer is important for an organization and how to carefully handle them for retain them with the company for a long period of time. So in this interactive session the students also got to know new things about the corporate life and also a preview of their corporate life which is only a few months to go.
