NHRD Session on Unlocking Vision for Women

At an energizing and thought provoking session on "Unlocking Vision for Women" We have herd many lectures and had been to many workshops where where speakers talk about their knowledge and experience. NHRD Hyderabad presents a very different women's day this time over. The event has been conceptualized to draw participation from the panelists as well as the audience in a creative and evocative way. The use of a theater workshop to build the ability to express and voice feelings and opinions is one of the most powerful ways to equip women - increasing segment of the workplace, and hence our young managers realized females are an asset.

Session on Current Job Market

On 21st April a guest lecture was organized for students across batches. The speaker Mr.Aditya Govada, Sales Manager at American Express shared his views with the students. The session began with a formal introduction of speaker. Later speaker spoke about the current job market and how students need to prepare for it. He also stressed on the importance of campus placements and asked students to take them seriously as they are the perfect launch pad for their careers. As part of interaction students asked him question on the corporate ethics which he patiently answered to. The session ended with a vote of thanks to the speaker. Students appreciated the session and thanked the speaker for his time.

Guest Session on Self Development

A session on self development was an impact full session for the senior batches for there was a mirror in front of them. The session majorly focused on self assessment which helped them understand themselves better and gave them a perspective to make efficient decisions with regards to their career. No wonder if the session was a question bombarding session for the students eased their inquisitive minds.
