Name: Sanjeevini Chapte, Batch: PGP/FW/11-13/ISBE’, Company: Delloitte, Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager. As part of Alumni Connect students got a chance to interact with Ms.Sanjeevini Chapte who is currently working as Talent Acquisition Manager in Delloitte-Hyd. As part of the interaction Sanjeevini enriched her experiences at IIPM. She credited her career success to IIPM which provided her with an internship at PARK hotels. Her internship helped her to secure the best job at placements. She explained students the importance of internships, as they provide the best opportunity to get pre-placement offers. She also gave tips to students for placements for choosing the right companies and how to crack the interviews.

Student Name: Abhilash Chowdary, Batch: UGP/FW/09-12/ICHE, Designation & Company: Marketing Manager, Ranga Reddy, PEPSI CO. Abhilash Chowdary alumni of IIPM-Hyderabad took out his time to address students of IIPM-Hyderabad. As part of his interaction he shared his experiences of working in PEPSI.Co. He said he was the first to get placed from his batch when placement season started. He said working with a company like PEPSI.CO has shaped up his career, and also stated he is indebted to IIPM for providing him with an opportunity. Abhilash also spoke about contributions of his faculty at IIPM, especially Prof.Ramanathan who taught him marketing. He feels the foundations laid at IIPM by professors have helped him a lot in his career. He advised students to be honest and punctual in attending classes and take these 2 years of study very seriously.
