Pecha Kucha Event

The august morning of 9/12/2013 at IIPM witnessed the students taking One great idea to shape Hyderabad into a smart city in an event organized by the Foundation for Futuristic cities in collaboration with The British High Commission. The judges Ms. Rekha Chigurupati (GM HR, GVK Biosciences) and Mr. JVG Krishna Murthy (a CSR Specialist) were captivated by the amount of students' involvement and efforts in shaping their city smart. The students presented on various topics concerning traffic control measures, e-waste management, innovation and certain other aspects to make the system and individuals effective and efficient. The Winners will be felicitated by Chief Secretary of AP Mr. Prasanna Kumar Mohanty and will get a chance to meet a few eminent people of the society. Learning about management and other theories from the Indian Railways

The students of IIPM Hyderabad were delighted to be a part of a very interesting session taken by Prof.C.K.Prasad who a career that spans more than 20 years was instrumental in executing telecommunication system for MMTS Phase I and interrogation of Unreserved Ticketing Systems at all the 26 MMTS service stations including rolling out of data networks across South Central Railway for crew management, ticketing, freight and MIS.The students learnt about the role of proper management ,organization structure, quality controls etc in the efficient functioning an organization.
