HR Club of IIPM Lucknow organized HR Masters a quiz based on the nitty gritty of Human Resource Management. Role play by Human Factor Club at IIPM Lucknow

The Human Factor Club at IIPM Lucknow organized an interesting event “Role Play” on June 18, 2011, Saturday. It was a unique team building & fun activity, wherein participants were divided into teams of 3 members each. Each team was given a situation which is a prevalent problem of organizations like “Two unions going on strike in a factory because proper rights were not given to them by the management.” Participating teams needed to decide and enact the solution through their role play. Involvement of all team members was a must. They were given two minutes time for preparation and five minutes for the role play.

Treasure hunt by HR Club at IIPM Lucknow

HR club organized a Treasure Hunt for its new batches i.e. PG/SS/11-13 and UG/SS/11-14 on 23rd July'2011. A treasure hunt is an activity where one or more players try to find hidden articles, locations or places by using a series of clues. There were six teams of three students each. One of the team member had to hide the object and was allowed to give two clues to his/her team. Rest of the team members had to find the object with the help of the clues. Shubhangi, Shaila and Nikhil were the winner as they completed the task within 5mins. Students learned to work in a team along with a lot of fun.

IIPM Lucknow organizes a quiz based on Human Resource Management

HR Club of IIPM Lucknow organized a quiz based on Human Resource Management on 20th Dec'11. The quiz was conducted in teams of two and around eleven teams participated in this event. The quiz was a great opportunity for the students to learn about the theoretical aspect of Human Resource management. It was not only a knowledge add-on but also an opportunity where the students got exposure. Students participated in the competition with full enthusiasm and team spirit.
