IIPM Ahmedabad conducts AAGMAN 2012

IIPM’s Grand Event “AAGMAN”,as they call “The Arrival” marks a day of celebration when fresh and new blood is formally inducted into the IIPM family. What makes AAGMAN so special is the fact that it is a stage where the students get an opportunity to showcase their talent before faculty members and seniors. Also the efforts and hard-work put in by students, coordinators and staff members make this event memorable. This event was held on 27thNovember 2012 a time to rejoice & welcome the new batch. Before the actual event a lot of practice and hard work was put in by the students which were clearly seen in the main show. The show started with lightening the lamp by Admission Dean “Mr.Somyadeb Hazra” and our honorable dean “Mr. Rajat Sogani” which was followed by a welcome dance based on god ganesh. A mime performance was done by the SS batch students based on Gandhi’s Philosophy, repercussions on what you do etc. After the mime came the marvelous fashion show which was themed on “Mafia” where boys and girls put their best foot. The centre of attraction was the student “Parin” who was the shop stopper and mesmerized the audience on the tunes of Mafia during the ramp walk. Then started the special dance where student called kartik, indulged in making the audience mesmerized on a beautiful song &choreography. The last part of the event was followed by a Funk theme ramp walk by students and a faculty ramp walk on Indian-Fusion theme which was the icing on cake of the event which all loved. There was high amount of enthusiasm & velour in the new batch which one could clearly see in their dancing ability, rampwalk, Solo singing and mime. Finally the show ended with lot of fun and frolic with good memories to betaken and bucking up for the next big event “Amaze”.
