IIPM Indore organizes an activity- Case study analysis

Today People skills have become a major determinant for sustaining a job; bearing this in mind, a case was put forward to challenge our budding Managers. On 6th January’2012, under the “Human Factor Club” IIPM Indore organized a “Case study analysis”. Under this, four teams of three members each were formed representing four departments: Marketing, Finance, Production and Human Resource. All departments were called upon to discuss certain problems on the functionality & compatibility described in the case. After analysis, concrete solutions were figured out for the same. This activity was designed to empower students with the ability to identify solutions to problems.
