Human Factor (The HR Club)

The Human Factor Club is an academic club and is now ably supported by the team that is spearheading The Human Factor magazine. With a vision to empower and educate the students on concepts and industry practices in HR, the members of the club are actively involved in managing, and organizing various events like Career Counseling workshops. Communication is the basic mode of interaction with one another. World would have been a dead place to live in without communication. There are various modes of communication through which a person expresses his/her thoughts and ideas. The Human Factor club organized a session where Dr.Smaranika Tripathy a renowned consultant and psychologist interacted with the students of IIPM Kolkata on 6th of April in which she taught the importance of communication and bestowed confidence amongst the students. It was a very effective interactive session and we hope to have many such in near future.
